Hannah Center Announces "Through the Looking Glass" Fundraiser to Support Women and Children in Crisis
Alice in Wonderland-themed evening on September 30th will feature dinner, auction, and inspiring stories of transformation
MARSHFIELD, WI – July 2, 2025 – Hannah Center will host its annual fundraiser, "Through the Looking Glass: A Journey of Transformation," on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at RiverEdge Banquet Facility in Marshfield. The Alice in Wonderland-themed evening will raise funds to support the organization's mission of providing safe housing and support services to women and children in crisis.
The event begins at 5:30 p.m. at RiverEdge Banquet Facility, located at 10191 Mill Creek Dr. Guests will enjoy heavy appetizers, participate in silent and live auctions, and hear personal stories from individuals whose lives have been transformed through Hannah Center's programs.
"Like Alice stepping through the looking glass into a world where everything seemed upside down, the women and children we serve often navigate through distorted reflections of love and safety," said Kim Bousum, Director of Hannah Center Marshfield. "This event celebrates the remarkable journeys of transformation as women step through their own looking glass into lives filled with hope, purpose, and authentic love."
The evening will feature the "Wonderland Wanderings Taste Adventure" dining experience and auctions of "Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum's Curious Treasures." Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal attire or Alice in Wonderland-themed costumes, with prizes awarded for best dressed.
Hannah Center provides faith-based guidance, safe housing, and comprehensive support services to women and children experiencing crisis situations. All proceeds from the fundraiser will directly support these programs and services.
